YOU may NOT distribute/use my images in their present form . .  they are to be used 'IN your designs', not 'AS your designs'!  Any design you make should be primarily your work, using my images for accent, central theme or compliments . . . but not be my images alone.

Using MY images for backgrounds offered through brokerage houses such as Poser stores is prohibited . . . using them 'IN' backgrounds you create is OK, so long as the major part of the background is not my images . . . that means, at least 50% of the imagery in your background is to be your own work.

Using my images 'IN' tags you create is OK;  using my images 'AS' a tag with none of your own work in it is prohibited.

Using my images 'IN' web sets you design is OK provided your design includes work behind or in front of my images so that my image can not be cut out of your work.

Using my images 'IN' scrapbooking sets is OK, provided your design includes work behind or in front of my images so that my image can not be cut out of your work;  my images may be used 'IN' elements in the set which are on transparent backgrounds, but they may not be used 'AS' elements on transparent backgrounds.

Use of the images in their *present state is NOT allowed.  Meaning . . . you may create anything you wish for personal or commercial projects with my images 'IN' your work, but not with my images 'AS' your work.

Do not share, sell or distribute MY images with anyone, for any reason, by any means.  If it is found that you have shared them (and, people do tell!), your subscription will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Sharing your site access with anyone, for any reason, by any means is NOT allowed ... only fair - this is MY home and if you have a key, that doesn't mean you can hand it over to someone else.  Income from this website doesn't cover the cost of the Poser files, let alone the cost of domain and hosting.  Sharing your access to my site is no less than stealing . . . . this too will result in a cancellation of your subscription with no refund.

My images are ROYALTY FREE when used 'IN' your own designs created for COMMERCIAL or personal use (according to my terms);  however, I retain the copyright to MY images in their present state.  MY images are mine to do with as I please commercially and personally,  not anyone else's. 

*present state :  This means the images as I have made them, as you have received them, enlarged, shrunk, transparent or flattened with no design work of your own behind or in front of them.

The Poser files will NOT be shared. 

If you feel there is a problem contact me (remove the '2' from the email address) and we can go from there.  I have no desire to unlawfully sell anything or infringe on anyone's copyrighted works and I only ask that no one infringe on mine.  I retain the right to edit, clarify or change these terms as necessary and I hope they are clear enough that I won't need to . . . however, if I neglected to think of something that later comes up, I will edit!  If you see something I missed, please tell me so I can clarify it.
